Gravity Blast Class at The Kensington Studio

The Blurb:

Using the Total Gym System (GTS) allows you to use your own body weight as resistance. This exercise works every muscle in your body by engaging the five components of exercise; muscular endurance, cardio endurance, strength, agility and flexibility. Plus, according to Adam, director of The Kensington Studio, you’ll still be burning additional calories up to 30 hours after an intense resistance session.

The Process:

If you really want to put your body to the test then I suggest you take a Gravity Blast class. By moving your body on the glide board and using the different incline resistance positions you experience a workout which I’m reliably told is just as effective as using weights. Once I had got used to the glide board, I found it a really fun exercise to do. But be prepared to feel some pain the next day. This didn’t bother me because it means I must have done something right.

The Result:

If you’re really feeling up to the challenge there’s the option of including extra gym equipment; including the medicine ball, Bosu balance trainer and press bar. You can never get bored during a Gravity Blast class because there is no limit to what you can do.

One-on-one Gravity Blast Class £30 for 40 minutes; £60 for one hour.
