Ms Obama does have fab triceps muscles and biceps and there are no shortcuts to achieving them apart from hard work, but it does not need to be boring or long:
Why don’t you try some triceps extensions with a weighted bar (pictured), and triceps press-ups are a must. If you do not like the weights room, get into a yoga class and try some downward dogs with a plank hold. As for the bicep curls, get on the pull-up bar for close grip, arm-facing pull-ups, along with using the Olympic rings.
