Edited by celebrity chef Ed Baines, the menu offers a selection of delicious restaurant quality dishes guaranteed to help beat the common post lunch slump, without compromising on taste and quality.
For the new ‘Brain Food’ menu Ed has carefully selected dishes which have nutritional benefits, with ingredients rich in essential vitamins, oils and fats. Highlights from the menu include; R&A seafood salad – fresh mixed seafood with vegetables, olives, capers & samphire and the R&A pure handpicked crab cakes – with watercress salad, lime mayo & crab crème fraiche.
