CABANA Brasilian BBQ Restaurant Opens Third Site

CABANA Brasilian BBQ restaurant are opening their third site at the end of October. The new 146-cover venue, located in Westfield London, will retain the group’s signature vibrant, affordable and relaxed feel and will feature a terrace for alfresco dining.

Similar to its sister restaurants, the menu will offer Jamie Barber and David Ponté’s take on the best of Brasil. The drinks list at CABANA champions Brasilian favourites, particularly the national drink of choice, Caipirinha, which comes in several flavours. Other Cachaça based cocktails on offer include the El Drague, the Brasilian mojito, and the Red tail parrot which mixes the spirit with strawberry and passion fruit purees with lime juice topped with Prosecco.

The interior will maintain CABANA’s lived-in and hand-made feel, with up-cycled design features inspired by the São Paulo favelas, walls lined with Brasilian printed posters and denim banquettes. Designer Alex Michaelis will ensure that the Brasilian spirit runs throughout the new restaurant, mirroring the colourful feel at the existing sites.
