When I gain weight it all goes on my belly. I’m only slightly overweight but am sick of being asked if I’m pregnant! Is there a way to change my shape other than slogging it out on the treadmill?
You could try different forms of cardio equipment:
Try the rowing machine, the spin bike and some short sessions of interval training, along with adding a resistance programme to your workouts, as having more lean muscle mass will burn more calories, creating more effortless weight loss. Start to use the kettlebells, TRX (suspension training) and if you’re not a weight-lifting kind of girl, why not try a boxing session or an intense functional training session.
