answerI recommend people spend less time socialising with screens and more time engaging in physical activities. Set small challenges that you can fit around your lifestyle. 

For instance, spend 10 minutes a day trying to improve your flexibility or increase your number of push ups. Even when you’re watching TV you can benefit from using a foam roller to relieve some muscle tension.
