The most common goal of my clients is fat loss. With 65% of the UK adult population now being classed as overweight, and everyone eating too much and moving too little it’s long been a very serious issue that all personal trainers have to deal with.
Working with a personal trainer ensures that the effort you put into training and dieting is going to be effective. It takes a lot of the pressure away from the client as they can have confidence they are working with an experienced, knowledgeable person who has achieved results and overcome similar hurdles with numerous other clients.
The support and motivation that comes from working with a personal trainer means that people are much more likely to achieve their desired weight loss and be given the knowledge to prevent them regaining weight.
