Toast World Gin Day with a G&T pop-up at the Hoxton this weekend

To celebrate the tenth World Gin Day, four premium gin brands—Silent Pool Gin, Gin Mare, Colonel Fox, and KI NO BI—are taking over the secluded courtyard of The Hoxton, Shoreditch for four days. Serving up signature gin and tonics from now until Saturday 9 June, the juniper-based celebration is a must for the gin lovers and enthusiasts amongst you!

Looking for a side of culture with your cocktail? Free to enter, the pop up features a bespoke G&T concoction from each brand in each of the four corners of the courtyard, alongside bespoke artworks created to reflect each gin’s distinct characters and botanicals.

G&Ts are served with 1724 tonic water and beautiful giant ice cubes, produced with triple-filtered Scottish water in close collaboration with The Edinburgh Ice Co., each containing tailored garnishes to complement the unique flavour profile of each spirit. As the ice melts the garnishes reveal themselves, further enhancing the G&T drinking experience.

As part of the juniper-filled celebrations, gin fans can also go on a special ‘Gin Journey’ (£75 pp), running from Thursday to Saturday, which will visit the G&T Pop-Up at The Hoxton as well as four more cocktail bars in the area to enjoy bespoke cocktails with each of the gins. Let the fun be-gin!
