Book and Kitchen will be hosting a seven course menu supper club with Chris Golding this Thursday with each course including a cancer fighting ingredient with all proceeds to be donated to Cancer Research.
Chris Golding, Head Chef of the Ampersand Hotel and Apero restaurant, started working in kitchens when he was at school, washing dishes in a local restaurant and since then has worked in some of London’s best restaurants, including The Square, Mirabelle, Zuma, Nobu and for David Thompson at Nahm. Chris was runner-up for the ‘Rising Star Chef Award’ at the Tatler Restaurant Awards 2013.
Christof is a singer/songwriter from Holland, who just returned from supporting The Boxer Rebellion on their UK tour, and The Staves, also on their recent UK Tour. Christof will be helping Chris in the kitchen, then performing afterwards.
Doors open at 7pm with the dinner commencing at 7:30pm. The event is £75 and includes wine. As there are only 10 tickets left it is strongly advised to book now.
