Saatchi Gallery Announces British Winery as Exclusive Patron

Rathfinny Wine Estate, one of England’s leading producers of vintage Sussex Sparkling wine, has been named the exclusive sparkling wine patron of Saatchi Gallery. The partnership unites two institutions bound by a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and originality. As part of the collaboration, Saatchi Gallery will serve Rathfinny’s vintage-only Sussex Sparkling wines – including Rosé 2019 and Classic Cuvée 2020at its private views, events, and special occasions.

The collaboration was officially launched at the private view of The Sun and The Moon: Art Inspired by the Celestial, Saatchi Gallery’s major new summer exhibition running from 5th June to 8th September 2026. The event saw guests enjoying Rathfinny’s wines, marking the beginning of a partnership that will also create unique experiences for Saatchi Gallery visitors and members of the Rathfinny Reserved Wine Club. This initiative aims to deepen the connection between contemporary culture, craftsmanship, and sustainable luxury.

Reflecting on the honour, Sarah Driver, Rathfinny Co-owner and Co-Founder, said:

“It is a true honour to be Saatchi Gallery’s sparkling wine patron; a charitable gallery I admire for creating an accessible space for the public to enjoy contemporary art. To be the first English sparkling wine patron also speaks to the success of this homegrown industry that is enriching British culture in new and exciting ways. It further strengthens our brand positioning too, as you will only find Rathfinny in some of the world’s finest hotels, restaurants, bars—and now one of London’s leading galleries.”

This collaboration highlights the growing prominence of English sparkling wine, which is increasingly rivalling Champagne as institutions and cultural spaces embrace homegrown producers. The industry’s expansion – with exports rising by 37% between 2020 and 2024 and the number of wineries growing by 123% over the past decade – underscores its rising influence.
