Learn to Make Sauerkraut at Planet Organic

Learn how to make your own Sauerkraut as you nibble on raw cheeses and fruit chutney at Planet Organic’s free Raw Fermentation 101 event this month on Westbourne Grove.

Raw fermentation experts Amy Levin AKA ‘Ooosha’ and ‘The Raw Chef’ Russell James will demonstrate recipes and explain why fermented foods are so good for us and you should be eating more of them at Planet Organic, from 7pm to 8:30pm on 24 April.
