If mixology is a particular area of interest, then Andrey Kornilov, head bartender of Moscow’s most Instagramable bar collection, SIDR, is sharing a quartet of easy-to-follow cocktail recipes that are guaranteed to raise the spirits.

Hulk

Ingredients

50 ml tequila
20 ml melon liqueur
15 ml honey
25 ml lemon juice
Dash of tabasco
30 ml egg white

Method

Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice. Mix and pour into a highball with extra ice.

Sparkling Coconut

Ingredients

40 ml coconut liqueur
30 ml lemongrass syrup
10 ml absinthe
130 ml sparkling wine

Method

In a glass, mix the liqueur, syrup and absinthe with some ice. Pour into a cocktail glass without ice and top up with the sparkling wine.

Fruit Gin

Ingredients

60 ml gin
20 ml lemon juice
30 ml pineapple juice
30 ml melon liqueur
10 ml passion fruit syrup

Method

Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice . Mix and pour into a highball with extra ice.

Strong and Sweet

Ingredients

30 ml whisky
30 ml rosé vermouth
30 ml Madeira wine

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a glass. Add ice and mix
