Prime Time for Colour

January is always a difficult month to get through. You have Christmas withdrawal and a serious lack of funds. Not to mention with grey and wet British weather, it’s tempting to take to your bed until spring. Sadly that’s not an option for all of us, so why not add a splash of colour to your wardrobe to brighten up those dreary days and help get you through the next couple of months.

For pure luxury why not indulge in a piece of bright cashmere. 360Cashmere have a wonderful collection of super soft jumpers and in this neon pink you’ll be right on trend and feel like summer is just around the corner! The Gia sweater falls beautifully with a pleat in the back and a shorter hem in the front, plus it’s available in a gorgeous yellow too. Wear with skinny jeans for a fashionably thrown-together look. Although at £200 you may have to wait for that February paycheck!

For an updated office look we love colourful tailored trousers and this pair from FCUK are stunning and just £75. Burst into the office in these high waist feather light-trouser for some serious work-place-wow-factor. The cropped leg with a turn up and sunny yellow colour will look fab with a tucked in black blouse and dainty heels or even a pair of ankle boots.

A warm coat is still very much needed as the wind and rain pick up. Hobbs London has an extensive selection to choose from but our favourite is this bright red wool blend, double-breasted number. The clean silhouette and mid-thigh length is extremely elegant. Perfect for throwing over a dress in the evening or wearing with tailored trousers to the office. The Maisie Coat is currently on sale from £269 to £194!
