Great Taste at The Cadogan

The Cadogan hosted a rather glam launch dinner for its Great Taste Showcase season. A platform for talented small food producers to present their ingredients, the Great Taste at The Cadogan is an ongoing collaboration between speciality producers, foodies and diners.

Under the direction of head chef Oliver Lesnik, food commentator Nigel Barden and food writer Xanthe Clay devised a spectacular opening menu for the Great Taste programme. The intimate dining rooms played host to critics and foodies, including Blur frontman Alex James, food writers Lucas Hollweg, Bill Knot and Charles Campion, Masterchef winner Thomasina Miers and Guild of Fine Food director Bob Farrand. Glasses were kept perennially topped up and by the third course, the grand and ancient dining room was roaring with appreciation.
