We headed down to the Tabernacle for drinks – there was a fab free spring punch – and canapés to celebrate the launch of BeFit4, the specialised training programme company. There was a raffle in aid of Teach First, the UK-based education charity which works in partnership with schools and other organisations to break the link between poor educational attainment and low family income. The guys from UpRaw, the protein-rich snack that is revolutionising sport, also joined us. Thank you to Lush and Dr Duve for their contributions to the raffle.
