When you join SIX3NINE, you don’t just work out a few times a week. This studio offers a 360 approach and works with you to build a full strategy to reach your goal that fits within the lifestyle you love.

After the initial consultation, you are given a personal trainer who is matched to your needs. Your PT will tailor each part of your programme to your specific goals, training experience, and lifestyle. Every aspect is considered an important part of your journey.

You will be guided for your non-training days as well; all-around support will help you build better habits and maintain them.

Before you begin your training, you’ll receive a nutrition consultation with an in-house nutritionist. The approach is entirely bespoke to you and your lifestyle. They work with you to create a plan for managing your diet which suits you. Your trainer will then assess your progress through measurable means that are specific to you.

They also have access to the SIX3NINE members area, which is a platform filled with educational videos, nutritional support, online classes and more.

Small Group Training

Small Group Personal Training allows the client to enjoy all of the benefits of 1-2-1 personal training, within a group setting – saving money without compromising on quality when it comes to the training. With group sizes capped at 3 (groups of 4 to resume later this summer due to restrictions), these sessions create a more affordable way of working with the talented team at SIX3NINE to achieve goals and hit targets. The SGPT sessions are bespoke and tailored to each individual, allowing clients the room to work on specific areas.
