Spring is here, and the Easter Afternoon Tea At Home from Conrad London St. James is full of traditional and contemporary sweet delights, including Simnel Cake; Bunny Macaroons; an egg-shaped Apricot and Pistachio Sponge Delice, and a Jivara Chocolate and Passionfruit Tartlet topped with a cute bird’s nest and mini-eggs. The tea comes in a beautiful box displaying every item to tempting perfection. The addition of handmade scones, clotted cream, delectable jams and lemon curds make it a very substantial meal for two.
Each element has been hand crafted by the Conrad London St. James’ pastry chefs and is filled with spring-inspired surprises. Available from April 2nd – 5th, it’s the perfect way to enjoy our new-found freedom to gather outside with our favourite people!
The delicacies arrive on a tiered cake stand, with a selection of loose teas, a bunch of beautiful fresh daffodils, chocolate Easter mini eggs, and, all-importantly, a bottle of Pommery Brut Royal!
Ideal for Easter Sunday, the immaculate presentation and selection adds as much sense of occasion as an afternoon tea at the hotel itself.
For families, Conrad London St. James has created a children’s Easter afternoon tea – a curated box with child-friendly sandwiches and sweet treats, served just like the adults.
As well as the pastries, there’s a fabulous selection of five different finger sandwiches; a delicious savoury red onion tartlet with smoked bacon and sun-dried tomatoes, and plain and fruit scones with lemon curd, strawberry compote, and Devonshire clotted cream.
The Afternoon Tea box can be delivered within a 6-mile radius of the Westminster-located hotel, and can also be pre-ordered and collected. St James’ Park is just a five-minute walk away, and would make a delightful location for the tea to be enjoyed.
The Details:
The afternoon tea is priced at £55.00 for two people or £99.00 for two with a bottle of Pommery Champagne. The price includes free 3-mile delivery from Westminster (additional delivery fee applies for deliveries up to 6 miles). Alternatively, the tea can be pre-ordered and collected from the hotel.
