Rivea London, located within Bulgari hotel Knightsbridge, has just introduced a convivial Sunday feasting menu. Executive Chef and protégé of Alain Ducasse, Alexandre Nicolas, has created a menu that invites diners to indulge in sharing dishes – perfect for enjoying a long lazy afternoon with family and friends. Set to become a firm favourite – the ideal way to while away a hungover Sunday.
Renowned for celebrating the vibrant food markets of Italy and Provence, inspired by Alain Ducasse’s travels, Rivea London offers simple creations and the best ingredients alongside a myriad of local produce and specialist products.
A choice of starter dishes include Octopus and confit potato salad; Stone bass carpaccio and pine nuts; and Rivea salad wrapped in the restaurant’s signature socca. For the main course, large sharing style plates are reminiscent of the family feasts of Italy and Provence. Groups can choose from dishes including Côte de boeuf, potato fries, choron and basil sauce; Roasted corn-fed whole chicken with lemon and thyme, sautéed Camargue rice; or Leg of milk-fed lamb, baby vegetables and navarin–style jus. For pudding, guests pick and choose from a stunning display of sweet treats such as Piedmont hazelnut choux and an Amalfi lemon and meringue tart all presented in the centre of the restaurant. A feast for the eyes as well as the palate, the menu is available for Sunday lunch only from 19th February to Easter Sunday, 16th April and priced at £48 per person.
