Ognisko, South Kensington’s much-loved Polish restaurant has launched two new cocktails inspired by the hints of orchard fruits found in the newly launched Kavka Vodka. Enjoy a Sliwka or Jablko in the elegant building – home to the Polish Hearth Club – or outside on the large terrace overlooking the stunning communal garden.
• Sliwka (Polish for plum), a short cocktail with Kavka vodka, plum butter, plum sake, apple juice and egg white
• Jablko (Polish for apple), a long cocktail with Kavka vodka, apple and cardamom shrub, Calvados, apple juice, drops of plum bitters and tonic water
