Novikov unveils new Italian lunch menu

With its rustic yet elegant interiors, exquisite regional cuisine and enviable location, Novikov’s Italian Restaurant has long been a favourite lunchtime haunt for locals and visitors alike. Now, with the introduction of Head Chef Marco Torri’s new menu, it looks to become even more firmly set as the go-to lunch spot for the central London!

One-time protégé of Gualtiero Marchesi, Lombardy native Torri brings all his skills to bear in a menu prepared from the finest seasonal ingredients, available daily from midday to 6pm. Deep fried baby calamari, sweet paprika & tartar sauce; fresh penne with venison ragout and beef fillet tagliata with rocket, parmesan & Worcester dressing are just some of the Italian regional specialities that have been given a contemporary makeover.


Also available is a superb set menu, priced from just £21 per head. Choose from starters such as affettati misti, venison ham & wild boar with pickled gherkins and mains of the calibre of roast fillet of cod with puntarelle, datterino tomatoes and anchovies, or perhaps one of Novikov’s famous wood-fired margherita pizzas.
