Mustard opens in Brook Green

This week we celebrated the opening of Mustard brasserie in Brook Green. The new restaurant, from the team behind the legendary Joe Allen in Covent Garden, sees a menu of locally sourced, seasonal produce with light and comforting dishes and a drinks list celebrating artisan producers.

Mustard is a vibrant new British-centric brasserie that brings a fresh new approach to the high street. The creation of restaurateurs Lawrence Hartley and Tim Healy (Joe Allen) and executive chef Jason Wild (Daphne’s, Joe Allen), Mustard offers a menu of classic dishes, intriguing sides and light snacks across breakfast, lunch and dinner, that mirror the current trend for lighter, healthier dining.

Seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients from some of the nation’s best artisan producers are at the heart of Mustard’s offering. Delicious, honest fare, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. What’s not to love? Add some spice to your life and visit for scrumptious summer dining at its relaxed best.
