Mozzarella&More Opens in Chelsea

Mozzarella&More is a fun and informal Italian trattoria which is the only London based restaurant to produce their own homemade cheese. Options from their mozzarella bar include creamy burratta, delicate buffalo mozzarella and naturally smoked Ricotta, which is already proving popular with a list of who’s who in the football world and famous fashionista’s who live in the area.

Highlights include ‘burrata and aromatic ricotta with Parma ham, walnuts and fig reduction’, and ‘buffalo mozzarella with sun-blushed tomatoes, basil and olive oil’. Dishes from the mozzarella bar are priced between just £8 and £14, representing excellent value for money, and are designed to be enjoyed as a starter or to share.

The a la carte menu offers diners a selection of home-made pastas and grilled meat and fish from their charcoal grill and wood-fired oven. With starters such as ‘grilled octopus salad with cannellini beans and pesto’ or ‘roasted pork belly, crispy red onion and balsamic glaze’ and mains including ‘sea bass with a Sicilian oil, lemon and parsley dressing’ or ‘rosemary lamb chops with toasted aromatic breadcrumbs’.

A drop-in delicatessen providing all day grab-and-go dining complements the restaurant offering, with daily-changing rustic specials, from salads to lasagnes, arancini to truffle ricotta.
