Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay unveils the artistry of Asian desserts with new masterclass!

Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is offering guests to step inside the kitchen for their new pastry masterclasses which will see passionate sweet tooths learn the secrets behind the Asian eating house’s signature treats. Allowing guests to create their own masterpiece under the guidance of world-class chefs is an amazing experience – small groups allow for a highly personalised experience, and the lovely Head of Pastry, Alice, is expert at ensuring even the most cack-handed kitchen hand leaves with a true thing of beauty.

In a culinary landscape where dessert often lingers in the background, Lucky Cat embraces innovation by placing them centre stage. By weaving Asian flavours like rose, lychee and Yuzu through classic desserts, the restaurant promises a tantalising departure from convention with culinary delight.

Lucky Cat already offers a popular selection of masterclasses where guests can master sushi, cocktails and sake, with the pastry offering set to be equally as successful. Over two hours, guests will learn some of the histories behind classic desserts, techniques to create popular menu items, and the secrets to decorating and piping. After the class, sit back and enjoy your delicious fares!

Lucky Cat’s four-person all-female pastry team is led by Head of Pastry Alice Hall, who has been with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants for several years. She works closely with Gordon Ramsay and Lucky Cat Global Executive Head Chef Andre Camilo to craft desserts that are a staple of the dining experience, rather than a forgotten ending. From soufflé woven with passionfruit and Yuzu to the Chocolate Tofu and decadent Blue Willow featuring rose, lychee, chocolate and raspberry, the innovative menu changes seasonally to ensure freshness and excitement.

The Lucky Cat pastry masterclass is now available to book for groups of up to 6 guests from the Gordon Ramsay website: www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com
