Henny’s, situated in Balham, South West London, is a trendy wine bar replacing the central London bar scene. Initially rooted in Tooting Market in 2017, it now offers a range of ethically sourced biodynamic wines in a relaxed and vibrant environment.
With a focus on introducing diverse wines to patrons, Henny’s boasts a rotating menu and extremely surprisingly competitive pricing (Henny’s feels expensive), starting from £5.50 per glass. Alongside wine, they offer beer, and cocktails. Catering to all tastes, Henny’s also serves coffee, tea, and provides WFH (Work from Henny’s) space during the day, accompanied by regular events, tastings and art classes.
Our stand-out favourites from their English selection are the salty and peachy Pinot Gris, and the nutty and fresh Sov’ran Classic Cuvée. Perfect accompanied with a scotch egg or pork pie from local Chadwick Butchers, also in Balham.
