Borough Wines Goes West with New Shop Launch

There’s no better way to enjoy the longer summer evenings than relaxing with a well-selected glass of wine in the sun, and west Londoners now have a fresh opportunity to do so: the new Borough Wines branch in Kensal Rise will offer a range of wines by the glass alongside a tasting menu designed by Patrick Hanna, head chef at L’Entrepôt.

The recently opened branch will also give a swathe of new customers a chance to enjoy the fresh, informal approach to wine retailing which Borough Wines is known for, as their first foray into west London. The brand works with smaller producers in preference to big brands to bring an exciting selection of drinks to its customers, stocking a range of interesting old-world and new-world wines—including many organic and biodynamic bottles—selected spirits and a wide selection of craft beers from microbreweries near and far.

The signature ‘Straight from the Barrel’ wine refill system will no doubt prove as popular in west London as it has in south, and the introduction of a ‘growler’ beer refill system will be a welcome addition!
