Countless people end up spending almost all of their day indoors. Technology is a great way to stay connected with friends and family. But, there can often be too much time on a phone, especially when you consider how much time you’ll spend in front of a screen for work. This could end up causing more stress than you realize. You’re much better off taking a break from your screens whenever you can. Even once a night for an hour or so before bed could be more than enough for this. And, you can even use this time to try a few other relaxation techniques, too.
