Bugaboo has unveiled the Butterfly 2, the latest generation of its ultra-compact travel stroller, designed to help families explore with ease. Weighing just 7.3kg, the stroller is lightweight enough to carry through busy airport terminals, store in overhead compartments and manoeuvre across city streets, making it a practical companion for both everyday outings and longer adventures.
Featuring a one-second fold-and-unfold mechanism, the Butterfly 2 is air travel-approved and IATA-compatible, making it suitable for most overhead luggage compartments. The stroller is now available in a newly launched Dusty Pink colourway.
Designed with growing toddlers in mind, the Butterfly 2 includes an adjustable backrest that allows children to sit upright or recline for naps on the go. An ergonomic seat, larger wheels and full suspension help provide a smooth ride across a variety of terrains. Additional features include an 8kg under-seat storage basket, seat-back pocket, integrated shoulder strap and one-hand adjustable footrest.
Bugaboo Stardust: One Second to Rest, Play and Reset, £225
Also aimed at families on the move, the Bugaboo Stardust is a pop-up travel cot that unfolds in just one second. Its patented one-piece design simplifies setup and folds away into a compact form for transport and storage.
The travel cot features a thick integrated mattress and breathable mesh panels to create a comfortable environment for sleeping and play. A zip-in carrycot provides easier access to newborns, while stability feet and a secure bassinet buckle offer additional support.
Lightweight, compact and easy to clean, the Stardust is designed to provide a familiar space for children to rest and play wherever their travels take them.
Butterfly 2 Travel Bag, £149.95
To complement the stroller, Bugaboo has introduced the Butterfly 2 Travel Bag. Made from water-repellent materials and featuring a reinforced padded base, the bag is designed to protect the stroller from dirt and scratches while travelling. It can be carried by hand or worn as a backpack and includes an easy-access compartment for loading and unloading the stroller, along with extra storage space for accessories such as a bumper bar or rain cover. When not in use, it folds compactly into the stroller’s under-seat basket.
