To Dana Fisher, who won the opportunity to have her unique pizza idea on the menu at Bite Me Pizza as a special throughout December, as well as five free pizzas to share with friends and family!

The Bite Me team provide fresh, high quality and sustainable food at affordable prices, welcoming customers to eat in, take away or opt for delivery through deliveroo.co.uk. Signature combinations include the ‘Posh Pizza’—creamy tomato sauce, mozzarella, bocconcini, prosciutto crudo, rucola, cherry tomatoes, parmesan flakes and truffle oil, and the more adventurous ‘Honey Delight’—cream, fior di latte, goat’s cheese, ham, pancetta and honey.

Dana’s winning idea was to create super-thin micro-calzones filled with a selection of delicious sauces and toppings! The bite-size parcels could feature individually as starters or several together as a main, alongside dipping sauces. A well-deserved creative victory, Dana, well done!
