Are you one of the artists of tomorrow?

Washington Green, fine art publisher to London’s five Castle Fine Art galleries—located in Covent Garden, Canary Wharf, The Royal Exchange, St, Christopher’s Place and South Molton Street—and Castle Galleries nationally, is calling for unsigned innovative visual artists to apply for IN:SIGHT 2016. Following a hugely successful campaign last year—which saw three budding artists go on to launch publishing careers with Washington Green—the open call returns for 2016, encouraging aspiring artists of any field or medium to submit their work to IN:SIGHT’s panel of art reviewers for consideration.

Successful applicants will be invited to showcase their work in the Summer Exhibition. Now in its third year, this will be held in August 2016 at Castle Fine Art in Birmingham’s prestigious International Convention Centre. Furthermore, if your work is an absolute showstopper, there are opportunities to tour artwork around 35 UK retail galleries, and pursue a career with Washington Green.

Any aspiring artists who would like to apply to take part in IN:SIGHT 2016 should send an artist statement, biography and website details (if applicable) to insight@washingtongreen.co.uk, supported by a minimum of six images (with accompanying title, dimensions and medium) by Friday 1 April 2016. The shortlist will be selected in May, and announced publicly shortly afterwards.
