Jumeirah Carlton Tower hosted a drinks party in celebration of Sophie Conran’s uniquely crafted egg, which has been on display at the hotel, forming part of the world-famous Fabergé Big Egg Hunt. The party, held at the newly reopened The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, brought together members of Sophie’s family and friends.
Derek Picot, general manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, welcomed the ‘Talent of Conrans’ in attendance and announced that a new cocktail, ‘Sophie’s Designer Blazer Cocktail’ will be added to the menu at The Rib Room Bar, so that guests and visitors alike can toast Sophie’s egg.
