On Thursday 30 March 2017, Bradley Theodore appeared at Bluebird Chelsea in association with Maddox Gallery. The event took place in a private room at Bluebird Chelsea. The evening offered the opportunity to meet the New York street artist and discover the work of the gallery’s formidable stable of artists.
New York-based urban artist Bradley Theodore has caused a stir in his home city with his pop-culture influenced street art. Famous for his colourful skeletal portraits of modern-day icons including Kate Moss, Anna Wintour and Coco Chanel, he brought some of his most iconic works to exhibit for one night only at Bluebird Chelsea.
Bradley even created an exclusive painting on the spot, before turning his hand to clothing, allowing guests to walk away with customised leather jackets, hats and jeans. Guests in attendance included Maddox Gallery owner and curator James Nicholls, plus longstanding client Jay Rutland. Attendees sipped a selection of drinks and enjoyed canapés.
