The process
I was ‘growing’ my hair for four years with not much luck—for some reason my hair would not grow past my shoulders, despite being thick and healthy. I did my research into tablets I could take, masks I could use and extensions to achieve my desired look before eventually going for the latter. After a few months of having long hair and spending plenty of money having the extensions regularly redone, I decided it was the right time to have them out after a conversation with Annabel Kingsley at a press event.
We went over the condition of my hair and the products that would be beneficial to use and she sent me away with the Philip Kingsley trichotherapy set. The set contains three separate products—a volumising protein spray, a hair and scalp treatment and hair nutrition supplements.
The regime is designed for fine and thinning hair, not what I was suffering from, but I thought that after the extensions my hair could use a bit of special attention. Using the protein spray for the mid and ends of my hair and the treatment on my scalp every time I washed my hair (every other day, although it is recommended that they are used every day) has taken my hair from strength to strength.
The results
Considering I blow dry and straighten my hair every day, my hair should be in worse condition than it is. However, since using the trio my hair has grown a considerable amount and is in amazing condition. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a bit of TLC and needs to improve the condition of their hair. I am obsessed!
