Tilia is a new home delivery service that for the first time conveniently connects Londoners with the city’s best artisan food and drink suppliers. They work with both established businesses that are used by foodies and restaurateurs in the know (like Allens of Mayfair) as well as new innovators from the street food movement (like The Rib Man, Portena and Rubies in the Rubble).
This will be the first time that Londoner’s will be able to easily access this produce (without having to travel to specialist retailers and food markets around the whole capital), especially street food cuisine, which for the most part has not before been made available online.
