New addition to the west London Chinese gastronomy scene Shikumen launches a special Valentine’s menu this February, offering a Cantonese feast of seven dishes plus champagne for only £29.80 per person.
Shikumen, named after Shanghai’s traditional stone house architecture of the 1940s that blended east and west, continues this tradition by blending the culinary cultures, presenting traditional Cantonese dishes with a western spin.
The Valentine’s special menu will include popular flavourful dishes, such as Roasted Spare Ribs in Honey Sauce or Mango and Stir-Fried Pak Choy in Garlic Sauce, and elegant taste sensations like the Baked Black Cod Fillet with Champagne Sauce and Scallop Salad Rolls, finished with Fresh Fruit Pudding or a trio of classic Chocolate Cake.
