Sanderson’s Enchanted Hanging Garden in partnership with Perrier-Jouët

Just launched and running until January 2017, Sanderson’s Enchanted Hanging Garden, in partnership with Perrier-Jouët champagne, will see the spacious courtyard garden transformed into a lusciously sculpted space, brimming with floating and suspended plants along with living walls.

The striking string centrepiece visualises the connections people make through conversation. As conversation flows and crosses, different paths and connections are made—be it an agreement, friendship, love or a new idea. As guests move through the garden the relationship develops and important memories are suspended.

In an experience that provides a new vision of nature and unexpected contrast to the city outside, Sanderson along with Perrier-Jouët have created unique by-the-glass botanical champagne cocktails that guests can complete themselves while seated outside on the Sanderson terrace. Each order will arrive on a champagne cocktail tray, allowing guests to give their flute a bespoke twist with a selection of handmade liqueurs and botanicals. The personalisation of the cocktails includes a choice of mixed berry liqueurs, pear and elderflower liqueurs, orgeat and ratafia liqueurs plus kaffir lime leaves and edible flowers.

Sanderson’s Courtyard Garden is an architecturally classified heritage garden with a blissfully heated outdoor terrace. It is the perfect place to enjoy Sanderson’s Enchanted Hanging Garden menu, which includes snacks such as tempura bell rock oysters with watermelon, coriander and mint, butternut squash risotto balls with cumin spiced mayonnaise, and salt-baked beets with goat’s curd.

Combining the magical elements of romance and nature, Sanderson’s Enchanted Hanging Garden offers the perfect respite from the fervour of Oxford Street.
