New Classes at Leiths School of Food and Wine

If you’re looking for an inspirational cooking course then Leiths School of Food and Wine should have it – they now offer over 170 courses. They’ve expanded their Teenagers courses, created a new knife skills Slice and Dice evening course, and will be welcoming some amazing guests chefs.

Tickle the taste buds with their new Taste of Thailand class (Tue 17 Jun) hosted by Saiphin Moore of Rosa’s Kitchen, or learn Secrets of a Punjabi Kitchen with Dipna Anand (Sat 26 Jul). Jenny Chandler explores Mediterranean Street Food (Wed 2 Jul) and Jonathan Phang brings sunshine flavours to the kitchen with Taste of the Caribbean (Tue 15 Jul). Sabrina Ghaynour will deliver Eastern promise in gastronomic form in her enchanting Persian Kitchen (Sat 3 Oct).
