Congratulations to Cubitt House, which has been awarded Three Star Champion status – the highest ranking in its Sustainability Rating Survey. All four stylish pubs with rooms; The Thomas Cubitt (Belgravia), The Pantechnicon (Knightsbridge), The Orange (Pimlico) and The Grazing Goat (Marylebone) have been rated among the most sustainable restaurants in the UK.
We also like their fun idea to get us back to basics, using snail mail. In a number of tongue-in-cheek, traditionally British designs, a selection of recycled postcards can be found on the tables. Customers are encouraged to write to their friends and families and there’s no need for a stamp as a member of staff will happily stamp and post it for you.
