My personal favourite is their Avocado Crostini – avocado and blushed baby tomatoes with sourdough crostini and gruyere and cracked black paper butter. But, their homemade New York Pancakes look pretty impressive as well – as does their Smoked Bacon and Egg Butty with gruyere-buttered sourdough.
