Refuse Club
Yuner Shao and Stef Puzhen Zhou, the dynamic duo behind New York based ready-to-wear brand Refuse Club, debuted a 90s grunge, riot attire unisex collection at London Fashion Week. Chinese silk brocades and traditional suiting fabrics patchworked together were used to create two-piece suits, Qipao midi dresses and oversized jackets. In a bid to explore new art forms, the designers combined sophisticated tailoring and traditional couture techniques with modern-day art technology.

Roland Mouret
Flashing back to the 1980s, Roland Mouret’s autumn-winter collection headlined at the National Theatre and featured two-piece pantsuits, soft-shouldered jackets, loose trousers and gathered blouses. A subtle colour palette of earthy tones on luxury fabrics brought elements of delicacy and romanticism, while models sported ski masks and baker boy hats with patent black riding boots and camel slouch boots.

David Koma
Legendary womenswear designer David Koma brought uptown glamour and a touch of crystal craze for Autumn Winter 20. Red carpet inspired looks and aviator bomber-style jackets worked effortlessly with David’s signature architectural prints and form-fitting silhouettes.
Crystal rhinestones accessorise necklines, mini skirts and ankle boots, and the colour palette although heavily monochrome, includes shades of key lime greens and earth yellow-browns.

Antonia Nae London
Romanian designer Antonia Nae London showcased a theatrical 6-piece Avant-Garde collection, at London Fashion Week for Autumn Winter 20. Inspired by shapes, textures and habitats of wild mushrooms, Antonia Nae experiments with hard and soft fabrics – leather, fur, embroidered lace and fine silks, redesigning fishtail gowns, cape style jackets, embroidered lace trousers and fitted blazers. The two-tone black and white colour palette gives the collection a signature finish.
