Jester’s Ale Pub Ride, London, SW6; Tuesdays; 10am–5pm; £45 full day, £35 half day, £20 with own bike
It’s not often we’d recommend putting bikes and booze together, but we reckon it’s alright for this ride around west London. Starting at Putney Bridge at 10am, the tour will cross the river four times, taking in Hammersmith, Chiswick Mall and Kew Gardens. There will be a shot of ale at the Botanist microbrewery and a traditional afternoon tea picnic in Syon Park. You can either finish your tour in the Kew Gardens area before lunch or at the end of the day in Richmond.
